Growth
We believe that growth is at the heart of meaningful learning, and a growth mind-set is fundamental to success! Which is why we're committed to continually growing and improving our products. Equality
We believe that all students are created equal! And should have equal opportunity to learn and grow in the theatrical arts through first-hand experience. Our musicals are intentionally designed to provide balanced opportunities—ensuring all students can learn, lead, and grow through hands‑on theatrical experience.
Creativity
We believe creativity is essential to building confidence, self‑expression, and a lifelong love of the arts and that everyone has a gift to create as only they can. Our shows encourage students to explore their imaginations, take risks, and discover their unique artistic voices.
Light
We believe in spreading light in everything we do and that is a mission we have for every show we create! Every script we create and song we write is designed to uplift students, support educators, and bring joy to the audiences who experience these performances.
