Grow With Shows is dedicated to making theatre education accessible to every student. Our mission is to create inclusive, equitable opportunities that empower all learners — including those with disabilities — to experience the joy, confidence, and growth of musical theatre.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Grow With Shows is reimagining theatre education through musicals intentionally designed for equity and inclusion. Each Training Musical ensures every student shines — with equal lines, solos, dance opportunities, and character arcs — so no one is left in the background.

 

We believe the stage belongs to everyone. Through thoughtful design and adaptable materials, we create learning environments where students of all abilities can participate fully, grow confidently, and experience the transformative power of performance.

 

We are committed to continually improving accessibility across our programs and digital platforms.

Inclusive Practices

At Grow With Shows, accessibility is built into our creative process. Our programs are intentionally designed to support diverse learners and varied classroom needs.

 

Accessibility features include:

  • Equal-role casting structures that reduce exclusion and competition

  • Small, flexible cast sizes (1–8 students)

  • Adaptable staging, choreography, and production elements

  • Scripts provided in accessible digital PDF format

  • Audio tracks, demo recordings, and lyric videos to support auditory and visual learners

  • Flexible implementation options to support differentiated instruction

  • Royalty-free educational use to remove financial barriers to participation

 

Our goal is to ensure meaningful participation — not just presence — for every student.
