3. Licensing and Performance Rights

​Use of Grow With Shows scripts and musicals requires a valid license or membership.

  • Trial access is for evaluation only and does not grant performance rights.

  • Performance rights are granted only through an active membership or paid license..

  • Schools participating in approved festivals (such as Thespian Festivals) may receive special performance permissions as outlined in their agreement.

4. Memberships and Payments

Memberships provide access to specific materials and benefits as described on our website.

  • Memberships renew according to the terms selected at purchase.

  • All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Grow With Shows may update pricing or membership features with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All scripts, music, characters, branding, and educational resources are the exclusive property of Grow With Shows. No ownership rights are transferred to users. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating accounts

  • Use materials only as permitted

  • Ensure students and staff follow copyright and licensing rules

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

7. Festival Participation

Schools participating in festivals using Grow With Shows musicals agree to follow all festival rules and licensing requirements.

  • Performance opportunities at festivals are subject to approval from Grow With Shows.

  • Festival showcases do not grant ongoing performance rights.

  • Membership giveaways are awarded at Grow With Shows’ discretion and are non‑transferable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Grow With Shows is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or materials. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms
